But it does not always have to be hard. How simple and amazing is this? Talk about your ordinary to extraordinary.

Change the Thought

changerevolves

Changethethought was founded in 2002. It was originally created to harbor the personal creative work of artist and designer Christopher Cox. Although the site does still harbor Christopher’s body of work it has since grown into a usable archive of creative inspiration for the online art and design community.

I have seen Christopher’s work before and this site is truly a wonderful source of ideas and inspiration. The blog/homepage is a veritable cornucopia of motion graphics home-runs. Check it!

But Does it Float

This site is consistently badass. I especially love the way the images take center stage allowing a simple thought provoking sentence to accompany the work. Here is a link to an especially awesome post about NYT Magazine.

Have a Great Summer

Picture 16

My type study entitled “White Noise” The idea behind this comes from the innocuous salutations and sayings that we are taught to regurgitate and write from a young age, the things we automatically say to be polite or to fill awkward silence with noise. The words mean something on their own but together, they turn into white noise. Ultimatly they will be part of a seriously demented greeting card line I am sure my grandmother will “not care for it.”
